Most of our jewellery is made to order and the items have varying
estimated time to shipping, which is displayed for each product in our
shop. In stock items can be shipped
within 48 hours (1-2 days), while items marked "ships in 2-3 days" will
be shipped
as soon as they are ready within that timeframe. The same goes for
items available in 1-2 or 2-3 weeks; these longer times are due to us
sometimes having to order in materials to complete a piece. If your
order is urgent, please
contact us.
Custom Made Jewellery
Apart from the items available in our online shop, we also offer
custom designs. Please contact us
with a description of the piece you
would like. It may be a variation on an item we already offer or a new
style and you can choose amongst available materials, colours and
specify length/size etc. Since these custom pieces are made to order you
will have to commit to buying the item required. We may ask for a
small non-refundable deposit up front, which will be taken off the
final balance of your custom order. Samples of materials to be used can
be sent to you for
review before the item is produced and you committing to the purchase.
Please bear in mind that we will not exactly copy a design that is not
our own. Use our online contact form to enquire about your
special piece of custom made jewellery. Please note that custom made
items can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to be produced before being delivered
to you, depending on availability of chosen materials. We will advise
about this when you make the request and you can then decide whether to go ahead or not.
