Ordering

Please browse our online shop and add the required items to your basket. Then review your basket contents to make sure you are happy. Then go through to checkout and complete payment following instructions given. Your basket total (and number of items) is always displayed in the top right hand corner of the web site along with a "My Basket" link to display the items in your basket.

Once you have entered your delivery details you will be redirected to PayPal where you can either pay using a credit card or a PayPal account. You can sign up for a PayPal account if you wish, but this is not necessary, credit card payments are also fine.

Once your order/payment is completed, we will send a confirmation email to you with your order details and order number. Please save or print this for your own records. You can view progress of your order(s) by logging in to your account and going to "My Orders", the link is located in the top right hand corner of your screen when you are logged in.

We will ship your order as soon as the payment has cleared assuming the items are in stock. You will be notified via email when the order has shipped.

Paying by cheque

We also accept cheques, but for UK orders only. Please bear in mind that we need at least 5 working days to clear the cheque once it arrives with us and we will only post parcels when cheques are cleared. Please send us an email with your order (must include your full name and billing address, along with shipping address if different to billing address) and we will let you know what the total payment including postage will be and where to send the cheque.
