I accept payment via PayPal which means you can pay either using a PayPal account OR most major credit or debit cards.
You can also pay by cheque, by direct bank transfer or by card over the phone.

We are happy to make an exchange or credit your account for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned new and unworn within 21 days of purchase, in the original gift packaging and posted in a padded envelope (e.g. Jiffy bag) for protection. Camali Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will pay for the postage of replacement item(s) where appropriate. If you want to return something, please contact us before posting the item back to us.
If one of our items breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace the piece. We will also cover the postage involved, both ways. Normal wear and tear of a jewelry item is determined at our discretion. Please bear in mind that jewellery items are meant to break when strong force is applied to them, for safety reasons and to prevent accidents.

We trade in good faith and trust our suppliers. However, we take no responsibility as to the authenticity of silver content and gemstone and pearl gradings as we only pass on the information our suppliers provide us with. We are however convinced that their guarantees are valid and we are very satified with our materials and have never had any issues arise from misinformation by suppliers.
Since the beads we use in our jewellery are individually handcrafted, there may be slight variations in size, colour, weight and oxidation (antique patina).
